The terms, in plain words.

1. Who we are

Perfect Mind Body (“we”, “us”) publishes fitness, nutrition, sleep and mindset content and sells digital products (video programs, PDF guides, toolkits and bundles) through this website. Contact: hello@tan-bee-945585.hostingersite.com.

2. Not medical advice

Everything on this site, free or paid, is general information for healthy adults. It is not medical, physiotherapy, dietary or psychological advice and does not replace a professional who knows your situation. Before starting any program, especially if you have an injury, a medical condition, you are pregnant, or you take medication, talk to your doctor. You are responsible for exercising within your own limits and stopping if something hurts.

3. Your account and purchases

You must be 18 or older to buy from us.
Prices are shown in US dollars and include everything you need to download and use the product.
After payment you get immediate access. Files are yours to keep for as long as the site exists.
Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

4. Licence: what you can and can’t do

When you buy a product you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself.

You can download it, print it, use it on all your own devices and edit toolkit files for your own use.
You can’t share, resell, upload, redistribute or publicly post any part of a product, or use it to build a competing product, course or service.
Group, gym, studio or corporate use needs a separate licence. Email us.

5. Refunds

Every purchase has a 30-day, no-questions refund. Full details are in the refund policy.

6. Updates and availability

We update products over time and you get updates free. We may retire a product; if we do, your existing download stays available in your account. We aim to keep the site online at all times but can’t promise uninterrupted access.

7. Content and intellectual property

All content on this site (text, video, images, PDFs, templates, the Perfect Mind Body name and logo) belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may quote short extracts with a link back to the source.

8. Reviews, comments and messages

If you send us a review or feedback, you allow us to publish it (with your first name and context, unless you ask us not to). Don’t send anything unlawful, abusive or that you don’t have the right to share.

9. Links to other sites

We sometimes link to other websites, products or tools. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or practices. Unless clearly marked, links are not paid or affiliate links.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the site or its products, including from following any exercise, nutrition or lifestyle content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product concerned.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date below tells you when. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Casablanca, unless consumer law in your country gives you the right to use your local courts.
